Corporate Governance
The GCG principles in Corporate Governance constitute a system designed to direct the management of the company professionally based on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and equality. As a service company, PTC consistently adheres to good corporate governance values to produce capable resources. The commitment to implementing good corporate governance, commonly known as Good Corporate Governance (GCG), is embodied in the Company's mission, which aims to provide added value for all stakeholders.
PTC has Corporate Governance Guidelines. These guidelines contain procedures for implementing GCG principles, beginning with an explanation of the Corporate Governance (CG) Structure. The structure consists of the roles, duties, authorities, and rights of each organizational organ. It then explains the Corporate Governance Process, which details the appointment of Commissioners and Directors, preparation of the RJPP (Long-Term Corporate Plan), RKAP (Annual Work Plan and Budget), HR Management, General Meeting of Shareholders, Management of Company operations, Risk Management, IT Governance, Financial Management of Procurement of Goods and Services, Quality Management, Audit System, Disclosure and Transparency, CSR Implementation, HSE Management and Asset Management, and concludes with Stakeholder Relationship Management.
These guidelines aim to serve as the primary reference for all Company organs in implementing GCG principles, thereby enhancing the Company's image and performance as well as increasing the Company's value for Shareholders. The first step in GCG implementation is through socialization of GCG guidelines and regulations to all PTC personnel. GCG Assessment is conducted periodically once a year to measure the level of GCG implementation and improve recommendations in accordance with best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
In order to uphold the principles of Good Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct at PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC), the following matters are hereby announced:
- The Board of Commissioners, Directors, and all PTC employees are PROHIBITED from accepting gifts or gratification in any form, whether directly or indirectly from all PTC stakeholders, including but not limited to Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
- Should any parties become aware of PTC personnel requesting/accepting gifts or gratification from stakeholders on behalf of themselves or PTC, please report to us via email: ptc.care@pertamina-ptc.com, with clear identification.
- In connection with the proliferation of sponsorship offers for certain activities on behalf of PTC, PTC Directors, or other PTC affiliates, as well as fraud under the guise of employee recruitment, we urge the public to be cautious against such fraudulent attempts. PTC NEVER charges any fees in any stage of employee recruitment and has NEVER COOPERATED with any party for accommodation and transportation arrangements.
