PT Pertamina Training & Consulting, as a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) engaged in supporting business (non-core business), recognizes that our business areas carry risks that must be managed comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently to provide assurance regarding business continuity, profitability, and business growth in line with the company's vision, mission, and strategy.
The implementation of risk management is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, Management, and all employees of PT Pertamina Training & Consulting. Risk awareness will continue to be instilled at every organizational level and is an integral part of the corporate culture.
PT Pertamina Training & Consulting implements the three lines of defense concept in risk management, where risk management is carried out by all organizational lines, with oversight by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. As risk owners, all business units and supporting units function as the First Line of Defense managing risks related to their work units. Meanwhile, the Risk Management Division and Compliance Division function as the Second Line of Defense, monitoring policy implementation and providing guidance in risk management. The Internal Audit Division serves as the Third Line of Defense, providing independent assurance on risk management implementation at PT Pertamina Training & Consulting. Therefore, the Board of Directors, Management, and all employees of PT Pertamina Training & Consulting are committed to:
- Implementing risk management comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently to achieve company objectives;
- Considering risk in every business planning and management decision-making by determining risk tolerance levels;
