PT Pertamina Training & Consulting is committed to fully implementing corporate governance in accordance with applicable regulations and the GCG General Guidelines of the National Governance Policy Committee, SK-16/S.MBU/2012 on GCG Implementation Indicators, Minister of SOE Regulation No. PER-09/MBU/2012 on amendments to Minister of SOE Regulation No. PER-01/MBU/2011 on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in SOEs, as well as several regulations concerning GCG implementation policies. In addition, we strive to continuously follow up on the results of GCG implementation assessments each year to improve GCG implementation in every business process. This is because we believe that GCG implementation is more than just corporate compliance with applicable regulations, but will have an impact on a positive work culture.
