Code of Conduct

The existence of a Code of Conduct for a company is essential. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for behaving in accordance with the company's expectations, so that it will ultimately be embedded and become a distinctive behavior that distinguishes PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC) from other companies. With the issuance of this Code of Conduct, it further clarifies the behaviors expected to be part of the daily activities of all PTC personnel in the company. The company believes that behaving with integrity and upholding the company's core values will further strengthen the steps toward realizing our shared goal of becoming a world-class company in human capital, consulting, and other management services.
